RETURN POLICY ON RETAIL GOODS
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on products sold. If, for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the order they may return it for a full money back refund within 15 days of invoice date, not delivery date. We will charge a restocking fees of 20% and the  customer must pay return shipping charges. Shipping cost and state sales tax are non refundable for any reason.

The following terms must be met for a full refund;

• All products must not be used and in brand new condition unopened sealed original package. Tampering with factory seals or stapling the products original package does not count as unopened
• You must contact customer service at rma@remotecontrolhobbies.com and upon approval, a RMA (return material authorization) number will be issued.

 

CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS

Returns on custom made products will not be allowed. We custom make the products for an individual person or company, therefore can not resell it to someone else.

Before you order a custom made product make sure that you are willing to spend the extra money and time for our hand crafted items.

WARRANTY POLICY
If, for any reason, the customer suspects defective merchandise, we will direct you to the appropriate manufacturer regarding warranty issues. Manufactures do not allow us to handle their warranty issues. If you send the product to us because of a warranty issue, the manufacture will void out your warranty.

The following terms must be met for warranty;

• Contact customer service (409) 212-1033 within 30 days of purchase date of suspected defective products.
• You must send you products direct to the manufacture so they can inspect the product to check if the problem is due to factory defects or misuse.
• At the manufacture's descretion, they will replace the defective item.

Crash Warranty

We sell a warranty that will cover your remote control vehicle in the event that you crash. And you know that you will crash.

The warranty is simple -

• If you buy a vehicle for $400.00- $500.00, the crash warranty will cost you $250.00 for the same brand new vehicle.
• If you buy a vehicle for $500.00 - $700.00, the crash warranty will cost you $350.00 for the same brand new vehicle.

All you have to do is mail us everything that you bought, ie. complete car, radio, vehicles paperwork and a copy of your original invoice. Once we inspect the vehicle and make sure that everything has been returned to us, we will send you the exact replacment vehicle.
