This R/C model assembly kit recreates the Audi 90 quattro Racing, a race car which flourished at American IMSA races in 1989.
Audi 90 Quattro Kit
Wider than the road car, its muscular form is recreated by a polycarbonate body, with stickers included to recreate sponsor logos, red/silver/black livery sections and more. Separately molded parts for the A pillar ducts side mirrors and rear wing add an extra level of detail. The shaft-driven 4WD TT-02 chassis employs a 251mm wheelbase and the dedicated flat dish wheels have a +4mm offset to go with the wide body.
For a limited time only: The limited-edition version of the kit includes the polycarbonate body pre-painted in White (PS-1) with Smoke (PS-31) windows, pre-cut wheel arches and pre-made body mount holes, which is great for not only beginners but also R/C veterans.
About the Audi 90 quattro Racing
The Audi 90 quattro Racing flourished at American races in 1989. With a 2.2-liter inline-5 turbo engine capable of over 700hp, the 4WD quattro system gave it superior traction. Wider than the road car, its body had a large rear wing, and carbon and aluminum were largely used for its lightweight panels.
